CONTENT SHARING ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Smile Yoga will take pictures of various classes, sessions, and activities throughout the year. This is for our print and electronic publications.

If anyone objects to being captured in the frame, please step aside, and inform their respective coordinators. We respect everyone’s privacy.

PAYMENT

For confirmation of your payment, please send us the payment receipt. It will help us track your payment.

We can email you a payment link if you are unable to pay by bank transfer. Contact us for more details.

Pay the fee to book a seat in either of our special programs. These fees will be different from your registration or admission fees. We reserve seats according to the chronological order in which the payments have been received (“first come, first served”),

Additional transaction fees, such as PayPal, PhonePay, and bank fees shall be covered by the applicant/student.

The paid amount can be adjusted/used for any future course you do with us within one year from the date of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is no refund or transfer of the course fee, including any initial deposit, once the course has been started. The booking amount can be applied to any future course you take with us within a year from the original booking date if you must cancel the course due to unavoidable circumstances. You will need to inform us of the change at least two weeks before the start date of your course if you wish to reschedule the course, otherwise, you will lose your entire fee.

• In case of cancellation or no-show, there will be a 100% cancellation charge or no refund.
• Please note that Smile Yoga will not be held liable for any mishaps that may occur before the start of the course.
• Any booking that Smile Yoga deems necessary may be cancelled.
• Smile Yoga will refund 100% of the course fee in case of cancellation before course commencement
• Payment implies acceptance of all information, rules, regulations, terms, and conditions.
• Any student can leave the course at any time. Readmission and refund will not be offered in this case.

ETIQUETTE

• Please maintain Positive energy and attitude. You affect people around you with your energy. The best thing you can do during your training is to maintain a positive attitude.
• Fitness and yoga practices in India will be different from western countries/cultures. Your open mind learning styles, however, are appreciated.
• As a student, you must respect your teacher and your fellow students. In class, you must follow your teacher’s instructions and not practice your series.
• Arguments or disagreements with your teachers are not appropriate. Learn from our teachers with an open mind and new perspective, don’t compare.
• Be patient and kind. It is the responsibility of students/participants to treat all Smile Yoga staff, volunteers, and teachers with due respect and courtesy always.
• Staff/volunteers should not be directly tipped in cash or kind.

OTHER RULES

• You need to treat everything inside the facility of Smile Yoga as if it were your own. Damage to the premise or equipment will be charged.
• It is kindly requested that students or participants take good care of their belongings. Losses aren’t the management’s fault.
